YEAH!!! Its "Crafty Secrets" week on my blog! I love these vintage stamps and they have been on wish list for some time now. I couldn't wait to get the package and rip it open, especially to play with these cute over-sized utensils. The base is SU! Bashful Blue and I matted K&CO PP(Addison line...must be for "my" Addy??...lol) on top. The utensils are stamped(black stazon) on watercolor paper and painted with Bashful Blue re-inker. The sentiment "eat cake" is done with my Karen Foster snap stamps and matted on SU! Certainly Celery. The ribbon(Mike's) is a celery green with baby blue ric-rac on top. Lastly, I used my CM gold maker and colored in the floral motif on the bottom of the utensils and added some MM vintage brads. Stay tuned for more fun cards this week! Remember "Kewpie" Dolls???
